Professional History Aden Abdulle is the Puntland state government advisor on federal affairs and the current Deputy Executive Director Toronto, Ontario of the Somali Canadian National Congress. His volunteer works for Somalia include being an IT aide for the government of Somalia in 2003-2008, founding director of the Puntland University in 2001, a research associate in Somali politics and causes in 2007-2008, Somali Fishing and Resources Conference-Somali Communities member in 2006, and Somali Peace and Unity member in Boston. Mr. Abdulle worked for the State Insurance Company of Somalia in Mogadishu in 1986-1991, as Translator at the Embassy of Canada, Addis Ababa in 1995, and as Deputy Manager of SICS in Mogadishu in 1989-1991. Mr. Abdulle received his degree in Master of Public Administration from Keller Graduate School in Illinois, Diploma in François from Alliance Francis in Kenya, and B.A. in History-English from SNU in Mogadishu.
